Donation Request Guidelines
When Jade Smiles operates as a Texas based non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that helps the social and economic needs of children who have lost one or both of their parents.
Our purpose is to provide financial and resource support that advance the needs of children who are grieving. If you know of a child that has a need, When Jade Smiles would love to help. Please read our guidelines for requesting donations and complete the online request form. We look forward to serving your needs!
Donation Criteria
*All requests will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.

The request must address the need of a child/children who have lost a parent/parents

The child must have a legal guardianship.

Only online request will be accepted.

The recipients must be 18 years of age or younger. Request must be submitted prior to the recipients 18th birthday.
How to Apply For Donations
When Jade Smiles is excited to offer an online request process, which will help determine if you are eligible for support and collect all the information that we need to make a timely decision.
1. Complete the online request form below.
2. All requests will be reviewed upon receipt. Additional
information may be required once the request is reviewed.
3. The Foundation will not consider more than one request
within a 12 month period.
4. Once request is reviewed individual/individuals will be
contacted for an informal interview with board members.
5. Approved donations will be distributed within 48-72 hours.
